Top leaders from our ISA member companies will have the opportunity to interact in a close setting with key executives of other member companies\, including our GC and CM members. \nThe focus of this session is “The Evolution of Business”—a timely and relevant panel discussion diving into ESOP transitions\, Private Equity acquisitions\, and mergers. You’ll hear directly from executives and advisors who’ve gone through these transitions and get practical insights on long-term planning strategies. \nAfter the panel\, there will be plenty of time for open networking\, where you’ll have the chance to connect directly with fellow decision-makers from across the ISA membership. \nEach ISA member company is allowed to bring two of its top-level Indiana executives to the reception; this helps keep numbers manageable and focused on the goal of the event. This project has an overall value of $4\,500\,000\,000. \nThe Medicine Foundry project involves a 200-acre clinical trial manufacturing campus that will expand Lilly’s capabilities in producing small molecules\, oligonucleotides\, peptides\, and ADCs. The Foundry will enhance Lilly’s supply chain and reduce reliance on external partners. This facility is critical for accelerating innovation\, improving flexibility in portfolio decisions\, and increasing supply chain resilience\, ensuring more control over production and delivery. \nFoundry Partners will be there to share more information about the project\, as well as bidding details. \n  \nPre-registration is now CLOSED.
