Golf Snack Box Lottery

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the snack boxes for this year's golf outing. We are limited to two (2) companies total for this sponsorship. Please complete this form to enter into the lottery to be selected.

Sponsorship benefits include: Access for two (2) individuals from your company to arrive at the Sagamore Clubhouse after 2:30 PM. Starting between 4:00/4:30 PM, these individuals can access a golf cart to start delivering snack boxes out to golfers. Please note, your delivery route will either be the front 9 or the back 9. No company will have exclusive access to the full course. Routes will be randomly assigned.

1. My company is an active member of ISA.

2. I understand if I selected I will be invoiced $1000.00 for the total cost of a snack box sponsorship and agree to pay the balance due.

3. I understand this sponsorship is mutually exclusive of hole sponsorships and foursomes. A snack box sponsorship does not come with either included.

4. I understand that if my company is selected and then we decline the opportunity to participate, we may be ineligible to participate in a future lottery for the ISA Golf Outing, including other sponsorships.

5. Winning the lottery is nontransferable.

6. I understand the full scope of benefits (at the top of the page) included with this sponsorship and that golf cart access will not start until 4:30 PM at the latest.

7. I understand that delivery routes will be randomly assigned to either the front 9 or the back 9 and no sponsor will have access to the entire course.
