Event FAQs

  • The CNEY Tradeshow takes place at the JW Marriott located at 10 S West St, Indianapolis, IN 46204 on the third floor
  • The GC of the Year Bruncheon takes place at the JW Marriott located at 10 S West St, Indianapolis, IN on the first floor
  • All registration desks are on the 3rd floor of the JW Marriott.
  • If you pre-registered for the event, please pick up your badge and tickets at the PRE-REGISTRATION desk.
  • If you did not pre-register, please stop at the ON-SITE registration desk. If you are not a member of ISA, please note that there is a $125 fee to walk the exhibit hall. The current registration list can be found HERE.
  • There are a limited number of bruncheon tickets that will be available for purchase at the registration desk. Tickets are an additional charge ($150 for members and $175 for non-members).
  • 7:00-9:00 a.m. – Exhibitor Set-Up
  • 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. – Networking Bruncheon
  • 11:00-3:30 p.m. – Tradeshow Open
  • 11:30-1:00 p.m. – Owner, Developer & Design Pavilion
  • 1:10-2:20 p.m. – TradeWorks Stage
  • 2:30-3:30 p.m. – GC/CM Pavilion
  • 3:30-5:30 p.m.- Networking Reception

If you registered for the Networking Bruncheon, you must first pick-up your badge at the registration desk on the 3rd. Your badge will contain your Bruncheon ticket and will identify which table you are sitting at or if you are “opening seating.” You can view the full seating chart and bruncheon attendee list HERE.

  • 7:00-9:00 a.m. – Exhibitor Set-Up
  • 11:00 a.m. – Trade show doors will open
  • BOOTH TEAR DOWN: The trade show will close at 3:30 p.m. Tear down must be complete by 5:30 p.m.
  • Parking is available at the JW Marriott for $59 self and $80 valet
    • Please consider alternate parking locations as we expect the JW Marriott to be full due to other surrounding events.
  • ISA also recommends parking at the World of Wonders Garage at the Circle Center Mall (entrances on Illinois and Maryland) where rates are anywhere from $10-30 depending on the length of your stay.
  • Parking is also available at the White River State Park, just north of the JW Marriott.  Additional parking options can be located here 
  • Attendance to the ISA CNEY is refundable until February 11th, 2026. All requests for refunds must be sent to staff@indianasubcontractors.org.
  • ISA CNEY booths are non-refundable.
