DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the year and help shape what’s next for ISA. \nThe ISA Membership Reception is more than a celebration. It’s our Annual Member Meeting where we share the State of the Association\, hold board elections\, and set the stage for the year ahead. Regular members will have the opportunity to cast one vote per person from their member company.\nA Regular Member is defined as a business substantially and primarily engaged in subcontracting or specialty contracting by furnishing labor and materials or labor and equipment. \nThis year\, we have moved up the timeline and will host at The Columbia Club. After the meeting\, enjoy a reception designed for open networking—a chance to connect with peers and celebrate another successful year in Indiana’s construction industry. \n  \nRegistration is currently CLOSED. Top leaders from our ISA member companies will have the opportunity to interact in a close setting with key executives of other member companies\, including our GC and CM members. \nThe focus of this session is “The Evolution of Business”—a timely and relevant panel discussion diving into ESOP transitions\, Private Equity acquisitions\, and mergers. You’ll hear directly from executives and advisors who’ve gone through these transitions and get practical insights on long-term planning strategies. \nAfter the panel\, there will be plenty of time for open networking\, where you’ll have the chance to connect directly with fellow decision-makers from across the ISA membership. \nEach ISA member company is allowed to bring two of its top-level Indiana executives to the reception; this helps keep numbers manageable and focused on the goal of the event.
