Event Information
EVENT LOCATION
- The event takes place at the JW Marriott located at 10 S West St, Indianapolis, IN 46204
- PLEASE NOTE: Registration for the event is located on the third floor. The bruncheon will take place on the FIRST floor. Following the bruncheon, the tradeshow will occur on the third floor across from registration.
EXHIBITORS
- Exhibitor Set Up will take place 7:00-9:30 AM
- BOOTH TEAR DOWN: Tear down takes place between 3:30
PARKING
- Parking is available at the JW Marriott for $59 self and $80 valet
- Please consider alternate parking locations as we expect the JW Marriott to be full due to other surrounding events.
- Overflow Parking will be in the Government Center Parking Garage (42s S Missouri St, Indianapolis, IN 46204). Parking rates range from $11-$25.
- ISA also recommends parking at the World of Wonders Garage at the Circle Center Mall (entrances on Illinois and Maryland) where rates are anywhere from $3-24 depending on the length of your stay.
- Parking is also available at the White River State Park, just north of the JW Marriott. Additional parking options can be located here as well
BADGE PICK UP AND ONSITE REGISTRATION
- Registration will be open from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- If you pre-registered for the event, please pick up your badge and tickets at the ‘pre-registration’ desk on the third floor of the JW Marriott.
- If you did not pre-register, please stop at the ‘onsite’ registration desk. If you are not a member of ISA, please note that there is a $125 fee to walk the exhibit hall.
- There are a limited number of bruncheon tickets that will be available for purchase at the registration desk. Bruncheon tickets are an additional charge.

I don't see a registration form? Can I still register?
Pre-registration closed February 20th for CNEY 2025. However, on-site registration will be available, starting at 7:30 AM. Plan on arriving early to allow time to get registered and have your badge printed.
- Registration is FREE for ISA Member companies to walk the trade show floor.
- Nonmembers of ISA can register to walk the trade show floor for $125.00.
When are the GC of the Year Awards?
During the Networking Bruncheon (9:30 to 11:30 AM).
In previous years, the awards were presented during the Networking Luncheon. This year, we scheduled it earlier as a bruncheon to help with everyone’s schedule. Learn more about the bruncheon here.
How do I attend the Winner's Cup Reception?
The Winner’s Cup Reception is from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM on the 1st floor of the JW Marriott in the same location as the Networking Bruncheon was. Take the elevator down the first floor and you will find the main ballroom.
- ISA members can attend for FREE
- Nonmembers need to have Winner’s Cup on their badge or can purchase tickets at the Registration Desk for $50.00 per person.

Where can I download the Attendee List?
An attendee list is available via the menu at the top of the page. Just click ATTEND and then ATTENDEE LIST. At the bottom of the box, there is an option to download to a .csv file, which you can save as an Excel spreadsheet, should you need to.
ISA does not give out direct contact information for any of its attendees or exhibitors. If someone is offering you an attendee list with contact information for a price, this is a scam.
Are there still exhibitor booths available for purchase?
We are SOLD OUT of exhibitor booths. Make sure you are on our mailing list for notices when registration opens up for next year.
What is your refund policy on individual and booth registrations?
*Cancellations received after February 17th will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be sent to ISA Staff at staff@indianasubcontractors.org.
