TICKET FULFILLMENT OPTIONS

1. IN-PERSON PICK-UP: Tickets will be available for pick-up at the ISA Office between June 30th and July 2nd during the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Please only arrive to pick-up your tickets during that time.
   ISA Office: 6510 Telecom Drive, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46278
   When you arrive, go to the 2nd floor and find Suite 200. The office will say “Mattison.” If no one is at the desk, use the tablet to call someone to the front.
2. CERTIFIED MAIL: This option is no longer available. If you select it on the form, you tickets will still be set to In-Person Pick-Up.

ISA is not responsible for tickets lost, stolen or destroyed. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
