Job Posting Terms and Conditions
These Job Posting Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between the individual or organization posting a job (“User”) and Indiana Subcontractors Association, the organization hosting the job board (“Host”). By posting a job on the Indiana Subcontractors Association website, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Job Posting Content:
User is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the job posting content. Host reserves the right to reject or remove any job posting for any reason, without liability.
Liability and Indemnification:
User acknowledges and agrees that Host does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the applicants or the hiring decisions made as a result of the job posting. User assumes all risks associated with hiring decisions and hereby releases Host from any and all liability for damages, claims, or losses arising out of or in connection with the job posting.
Host reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and monitor job postings to ensure compliance with these terms and any applicable laws. Host may edit, remove, or refuse to post any job posting in its sole discretion.
Job Board Structure:
Host reserves the right to adjust the structure, features, and functionality of the job board at any time, with or without notice. User agrees that such changes may occur and that Host shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such changes.
User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity laws. User will not post any content that is discriminatory, unlawful, or violates the rights of any third party.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and is liable for all activities that occur under their account. User agrees to notify Host immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
Host reserves the right to terminate or suspend User’s access to the job board at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms. Termination or suspension does not relieve User of any obligations under this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Host and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.By posting a job on the Indiana Subcontractors Association’s website, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Job Board FAQs
How much does posting a job cost?
ISA members will receive two complementary job posts for up to six months each. These complementary posts will expire at the end of the calendar year. Additional posts are available for an additional fee.
What happens if I need to remove a job?
The primary contact for each position will have a link in their job posting confirmation email to delete their job post.
What if I need to make edits to my post?
Please reach out to email@example.com to make any edits on your job posting.
Why don’t I have a logo listed on the job board?
Logo display is exclusive to ISA Platinum, Gold, and Job Board Sponsors. Become a member.
How long will my job posting be live?
Complementary job posts will be up for up to six months. You can extend your posting for a small fee.
