The Indiana Subcontractors Association is a professional association serving members of the Indiana construction industry. To ensure the safety of our leadership and members and to ensure ISA continues to provide the industry with premier opportunities we have prepared a code of conduct all members must abide by.
Build Your Future Indiana is a unique collaboration of employers, state agencies and industry associations that share a goal of encouraging Indiana residents to learn about construction craft careers and training opportunities now emerging in our state, and to qualify for and get jobs in these high-demand occupations.
The Indiana Workforce Commission is committed to matching employers with qualified workers so their businesses grow and prosper, and to helping individuals achieve their career goals.

The Membership Committee works to develop new members through various recruitment efforts and maintain current membership through consistently monitoring the benefits of membership. They oversee the policy and process for membership renewals, the ISA New Member Ambassador Program, and new member applications to present to the Board of Directors for approval. They also hold an Annual Membership Reception to recognize all of ISA's members.
The Leadership Development Academy Committee oversees a high-quality leadership-focused learning program that is recognized by the Indiana construction industry that provides ISA member companies the opportunity to engage individuals that exhibit the potential to someday become executive leadership within their organization. The program provides real world knowledge for these individuals to grow towards becoming executive leadership.
The Future Leaders Committee should provide an avenue for young professionals to be involved in ISA and help young professional advance in the industry by utilizing education and business networking events to create a culture of collaboration and build relationships within the construction industry. The committee shall also connect with higher education students and engage them is ISA and the Indiana Construction Industry.
