ISA Day at the Track

Join ISA’s Future Leaders Committee for Day at the Track on May 13th at the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway. From 2:30–4:30 PM, connect with fellow ISA members and industry professionals in a relaxed, casual environment set against one of the most iconic backdrops in motorsports. Enjoy meaningful networking, light refreshments, and drinks while taking in the sights and atmosphere of the famed track that defines racing excellence.

ISA is excited to welcome our folks back to the track! We are looking forward to spending an afternoon at the hottest place to be during the month of May–the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Please note that our event will proceed rain or shine, so be prepared for any weather conditions. We look forward to seeing you there!

 

TICKET FULFILLMENT OPTIONS

IN-PERSON PICK-UP: Tickets will be available for pick-up at the ISA Office during the designated hours below. Please only arrive to pick-up your tickets during that time.

Designated Pick-Up Times

  • Monday, 5/4 – 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday, 5/5 – 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Wednesday, 5/6 – 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Thursday, 5/7 – 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • ISA Office: 6510 Telecom Drive, Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN 46278
  • When you arrive, go to the 2nd floor and find Suite 200. The office will say “Mattison.” If no one is at the desk, use the tablet to call someone to the front.

CERTIFIED MAIL: Tickets will be mailed out by Monday, 5/4. All orders will be mailed to the shipping address provided at purchase. Mail order tickets ordered after Friday, 5/1 will not be mailed and set for in-person pick-up only.

ISA is not responsible for tickets lost, stolen or destroyed. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

The event will be located in Pavilion I right behind the Pagoda. More details will be sent out with the event reminder. There will be appetizers and drinks available. Parking is available around the outside of IMS and will require a form of payment. You cannot park inside of IMS.

As a reminder – you will need a physical ticket to enter into the IMS. Photos or “digital” tickets will not be accepted. Please bring your ticket with you and reach out to staff@indianasubcontractors.org if you have not arranged ticket pick-up. This event will proceed rain or shine, so be prepared for any weather conditions.
