The ISA Membership Reception is more than a celebration. It’s our Annual Member Meeting where we share the State of the Association, hold board elections, and set the stage for the year ahead. Regular members will have the opportunity to cast one vote per person from their member company.
A Regular Member is defined as a business substantially and primarily engaged in subcontracting or specialty contracting by furnishing labor and materials or labor and equipment.

This year, we have moved up the timeline and will host at The Columbia Club. After the meeting, enjoy a reception designed for open networking—a chance to connect with peers and celebrate another successful year in Indiana’s construction industry.

DRESS CODE

Please note, the Columbia Club requires all persons to wear neat and clean “business casual” attire. “Business casual” attire includes for men collared shirts (dress shirt, golf shirt, button down or Polo shirts), turtlenecks, or sweaters, dress slacks, dress shorts or neat and clean denim, and for women, blouses, turtlenecks, sweaters, skirts, tailored pants, dress shorts or neat and clean denim. CLICK HERE to review the list of prohibited clothing items.

This event will benefit ACE Mentor Program and CFA Foundation.

• Station sponsorships include signage at a shooting station and 1 pass to lunch. (Please note: Due to the nature of the event, this is not an opportunity to set up a table/display like a golf outing.)
• Flurry Sponsorship includes company promotion in advance, area for company to setup a display, clays for participants to use during the game.

ISA Annual Sponsors automatically receive benefits related to their level of sponsorship. Sponsors can view their benefits here. Primary contacts of sponsor companies will be emailed separately with their registration form.

All others may register for the Golf Lottery. You are not guaranteed a spot in the 2025 golf outing by filling out this form. If selected to win, you will receive an invoice for your spot at the golf outing. Winners will be announced and notified in May of 2025.

The annual meeting will consist of an ISA state of the association update followed by board elections. Regular members of the organization will have the opportunity to cast one vote per person of that member company.
