Hole sponsorships and foursomes are mutually exclusive of one another. A hole sponsorship does not come with a foursome or vice versa. If you selected multiple or all options, you will likely be chosen for just one of those options.

2. I understand if I selected multiple or all options, we will likely be chosen for only one of those options.

3. I understand hole sponsorships and foursomes are mutually exclusive of one another. A hole sponsorship does not come with a foursome or vice versa.

4. I understand that if my company is selected and then we decline the opportunity to participate, we may be ineligible to participate in a future lottery for the ISA Golf Outing.

5. Winning the lottery is nontransferable.
