Future Leaders Committee
ISA’s Future Leaders group is dedicated to the advancement of emerging professionals by utilizing educational and business networking events to create a culture of collaboration and to build relationships within the construction industry.
The FLC has 2 major areas of focus, Higher Educational Program and Educational Events, along with 2 major events, Nets & Networking and Day at the Track.
Higher Educational Program
An initiative to build working relationships with University to get graduates from the state to stay in the state and contribute to the Indiana construction industry. The Future Leaders Committee is tasked with connecting with the students through the CNEY, and other networking events. The committee is also tasks with formally organize ISA member presentations within the classroom to interconnect, as well as create an immersion program for students to provide real life experiences in the construction industry.
Educational Events
These provide the membership with events focused on upcoming and trendy topics circulating the industry. The committee should plan 2 educational events a year.
Nets & Networking and Day at the Track
Events to provide an outlet for members to create dialogue and build relationships with one another.
