The Leadership Development Academy Committee oversees a high-quality leadership-focused learning program that is recognized by the Indiana construction industry that provides ISA member companies the opportunity to engage individuals that exhibit the potential to someday become executive leadership within their organization. The program provides real world knowledge for these individuals to grow towards becoming executive leadership.

The Special Events Committee is responsible for planning and executing the Construction Network Event of the Year, GC of the Year awards program and banquet, the ISA Golf Outing, the Annual Clay Shoot, and other special events as needed.

The GC Council provides an open dialogue forum between trade contractors and general contractors/construction managers in order to foster increased positive relationship between general contractors/construction managers and subcontractors, assist in furthering the development of ISA subcontractor members, and seek out ways that general contractors/construction managers may affect change with owners and/or design professionals that are beneficial to subcontractors and the overall construction process.

The Business Connections Committee provides the ISA membership and general construction industry with quality educational and networking opportunities through the planning and execution of GC receptions, project rollouts, and owner master plans.

The Future Leaders Committee should provide an avenue for young professionals to be involved in ISA and help young professional advance in the industry by utilizing education and business networking events to create a culture of collaboration and build relationships within the construction industry. The committee shall also connect with higher education students and engage them is ISA and the Indiana Construction Industry.
